The short answer
An AI visibility tool runs a fixed set of prompts against AI answer engines on a schedule, records whether your brand is mentioned or cited in the answers, and reports mentions, citations, share of voice and sentiment against named competitors over time.
Entry tiers track 15 to 25 prompts or a single engine, so headline prices are not comparable. At the 100 tracked prompts a single product in one market needs, the single-tool cost in 2026 runs from $99 a month (SE Visible, five engines) to $399 a month (Profound Growth, three engines), and the stacks most teams end up running cost $400 to $1,550 a month in software before anyone acts on the data. The two questions that decide the purchase are which engines the plan includes at that prompt count, and whether the tool only reports the gap or also helps close it. A human-led managed alternative, LaCleo's agentic SEO and GEO program, starts at $750 a month with 100+ prompts and the tool licenses included.
Two things have changed since the first trackers appeared in 2025. The category has filled up: one agency comparison counted the market growing from 3 tools in early 2025 to more than 20 in 2026, and G2 reported its AEO software category growing more than 2,000% in a single year. And the incumbents arrived: Semrush, Ahrefs and SE Ranking all now sell AI visibility as a product line, which changes the price and the buying logic for teams already paying for an SEO suite.
This article compares nine paid tools and the free checkers on four things: what they measure, which engines they cover on the plan you would actually buy, how they collect the data, and what they cost. Prices were checked against vendor pricing pages and current third-party reviews in September 2026. If you want the method for acting on what a tracker finds, the GEO audit checklist covers that; this article is about the measurement layer.
Key takeaways
- Every tool measures the same four things: mentions, citations, share of voice and sentiment. The differences are engine coverage, collection method, refresh cadence and what the price meters.
- Engine coverage is where the headline price misleads. Peec AI caps self-serve plans at three engines. Otterly.AI includes four and charges for Gemini, AI Mode and Claude. Profound's $99 tier is ChatGPT only. Claude is enterprise-only or an add-on almost everywhere.
- Three collection models exist: prompt tracking you define, search-backed prompt indexes (Ahrefs, Semrush), and referral analytics from your own server logs. They answer different questions.
- Refresh cadence varies from daily to monthly. Ahrefs' chatbot indexes update once a month; Scrunch refreshes weekly; most prompt trackers run daily.
- A visibility score is not traffic. AI referrals averaged about 1.08% of total website traffic in 2026, while Ahrefs measured AI visitors converting at roughly 23 times the rate of other traffic. Track both.
- Most tools report and stop. Otterly, Profound, Goodie and Semrush add some form of audit or recommendation layer. None replaces the content and citation work.
- Compare at 100 prompts, not at the headline. Entry tiers track 15 to 25 prompts. At 100 prompts a single tool costs $99 to $399 a month, and a full stack $400 to $1,550 in software alone, before anyone acts on it. The cost section compares that with a managed program.

What is an AI visibility tool?
An AI visibility tool is software that checks whether, and how, a brand appears in the answers produced by AI assistants and AI search features, then tracks that over time and against competitors. The category is also sold as AI search monitoring, LLM visibility tracking, AEO tracking or GEO analytics. The job is the same: give a marketing team the equivalent of a rank tracker for a channel that has no rankings. As set out in how AI search engines choose what to cite, whether your brand is in an answer depends on which sources the engine trusted for that question on that day; it is not visible in Google Search Console and only partly visible in GA4, because most answers do not include a clicked link. A tracker is the only way to see it.
AI visibility tools compared: price, engines and what each is good for
Most of these tools are not substitutes for each other: a daily prompt tracker, a search-backed index and a crawler-analytics layer answer different questions, and teams that take the channel seriously run two or three. The table gives each tool's entry price, the plan cost at 100 tracked prompts (the realistic minimum for one product in one market), the top published price, the engines included at entry, and the job it does well. Each tool is covered in detail below. The final row is LaCleo's managed service, which runs on the same class of tools rather than replacing them.

Entry engines reflect what the named plan includes without add-ons. At-100-prompts figures use list prices and the add-on costs given in each tool's section. Top prices are the highest figure the vendor publishes, or the highest third-party reported figure where marked. Verify on vendor pages at purchase; this table is updated when prices move.
The 10 best AI visibility tools in 2026
Ordered by published entry price, lowest first. Engine lists reflect the plan named, not the enterprise tier. All figures are monthly, month-to-month unless stated, and were checked in September 2026 against vendor pages and current reviews; this category changes pricing often, so confirm before buying.
1. Otterly.AI
Best for: a first tracker on a small budget, with a page-level GEO audit built in.
- Measures
- Mentions, citations, sentiment, share of voice, ads and shopping cards in AI answers; citation-change and query fan-out reports; GEO URL audits with recommendations.
- Engines included
- ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot on every plan. Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons, roughly $9 to $149 a month each depending on tier, with Claude the most expensive.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking, daily. Agent Analytics from the Standard plan.
- Price
- Lite (15 prompts), Standard $189 (100 prompts, API and MCP access), Premium $489 (400 prompts). Enterprise from $1,000. Annual billing 15% off. Unlimited team members on all plans.
- Limit
- The jump from 15 prompts on Lite to 100 on Standard is more than a sixfold price increase; there is no tier between. Six-engine coverage on Premium can approach $787 with both Google add-ons.
Otterly's MCP server is one of the connectors covered in the marketing MCP stack.
2. Peec AI
Best for: teams and agencies tracking large prompt sets that want unlimited seats.
- Measures
- Visibility, position, sentiment, cited sources and competitor benchmarks; daily citation source classification; multi-country tracking.
- Engines included
- Three of your choice from ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok. A fourth engine is an add-on ($30 to $140 a month by tier). Claude, DeepSeek, Mistral and GPT-5 Search are Enterprise only.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking, daily. MCP server available.
- Price
- Starter $95 (50 prompts, 1 project), Pro $245 (150 prompts, 2 projects), Advanced $495 (350 prompts, 5 projects, Looker Studio). Enterprise custom, up to 11 models. Annual billing 15% off. Agency plans are credit-based from $245.
- Limit
- The three-engine cap holds on every self-serve tier, so broad coverage adds several hundred dollars to the headline. Reporting only; no audit or optimization layer.
TechCrunch reported in November 2025 that Peec raised a $21 million Series A with 1,300 customers at the time.
3. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit
Best for: a single-domain brand already inside Semrush that wants AI data beside keyword and backlink data.
- Measures
- AI visibility score, brand performance and sentiment, prompt tracking with daily rankings, competitor and prompt research with volume and intent data, and a site audit for AI readiness.
- Engines included
- ChatGPT, Google AI (Overviews and AI Mode), Gemini and Perplexity, per Semrush's pricing page. Claude, Copilot and DeepSeek sit in the separate Enterprise AIO product.
- Collection
- Search-backed prompt index plus 25 custom prompts tracked daily.
- Price
- $99 a month per domain, billed annually, for the Base plan with 25 prompts and one domain. Also bundled into Semrush One from $199 a month with 50 to 200 prompts. Extra users from $45.
- Limit
- Per-domain and per-seat pricing stacks for agencies and multi-brand teams. 25 prompts is a small allowance for a competitive category.
4. SE Visible (SE Ranking)
Best for: teams that want browser-collected answers, five engines at the entry price, and an API.
- Measures
- Visibility score, share of voice, average position, sentiment, cited domains and URLs by category (media, blogs, forums), competitor benchmarks. CSV export and full API.
- Engines included
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on every plan. SE Ranking states Claude is coming.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking using a real browser interface rather than API calls, refreshed daily. Prompt limits count added prompts, and each is checked on every engine.
- Price
- Basic $99 (200 prompts, 3 projects), Core $189 (450 prompts, 5 projects), Plus $355 (1,000 prompts, 10 projects). Annual billing 20% off. 10-day free trial. Unlimited users.
- Limit
- Countries are limited to seven and languages to five. Sentiment tracking, query fan-out analysis and local AI visibility were listed as coming soon in September 2026. Agency white-label applies to SE Ranking, not yet to SE Visible.
SE Ranking also sells an AI Results Tracker as an $89 add-on inside its main SEO platform; SE Visible is the standalone product.
5. Ahrefs Brand Radar
Best for: Ahrefs customers who want retroactive, index-scale visibility data beside their SEO metrics.
- Measures
- Mentions, citations, impressions and AI share of voice; citation reports with bot-visit and AI-traffic columns; entity and topic grouping; cross-referencing of AI citations with backlinks. Sentiment is not listed as a core metric.
- Engines included
- Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Grok, sold per index. YouTube, TikTok and Reddit indexes are free while in beta. Claude is reachable only through custom prompts.
- Collection
- Search-backed index of more than 400 million prompts; AI Overviews refreshed every few days, chatbot indexes monthly. Custom prompt tracking (launched January 2026) runs on a daily to monthly schedule, billed per check.
- Price
- Ahrefs publishes two figures: from $199 a month per AI index on its pricing page, and $398 (select platforms) to $699 (all platforms, 2,500 checks) on the Brand Radar page. Both assume an active Ahrefs base plan, from $129 a month. Custom prompt packs from $50.
- Limit
- Full coverage plus a base plan runs roughly $828 to $1,148 a month, the highest all-in figure in this list. Monthly chatbot refresh means a competitor displacing you on the 3rd may not show until the next cycle. Independent tests have reported under-counting on ChatGPT.
6. Profound
Best for: enterprise brands and agencies with an analyst to act on deep data, and budget for it.
- Measures
- Answer engine insights, citation intelligence, conversation demand analysis, AI bot crawl tracking and server-side AI traffic, time-series history, and agent-driven content generation on a credit system.
- Engines included
- Starter covers ChatGPT only. Growth adds Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Full coverage including Claude, Gemini and Grok requires Enterprise.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking with daily refresh; crawler analytics via CDN or hosting integration (Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS, Netlify).
- Price
- Starter $99 a month equivalent on annual billing (ChatGPT only), Growth $399 (100 prompts, three engines, 400 agent credits), Enterprise custom. Third-party reports put enterprise deployments at $2,000 to $5,000 or more a month; Profound does not publish them. Agency workspaces are add-ons at $399.
- Limit
- Historical data and API access are gated to Enterprise. The entry tier's single engine is a narrow view for the price. Agency costs compound per client workspace.
7. Athena HQ
Best for: teams that want monitoring with guided actions and a free tier to start on.
- Measures
- GEO monitoring across engines, competitor benchmarking, recommendations, role-based access control; credit model where one credit equals one AI response.
- Engines included
- Five models on the free tier, nine on Starter.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking, metered by credits rather than prompts, so frequency and engine count both draw down the allowance.
- Price
- Essential free (300 credits, 5 models). Starter $295 a month (3,600 credits, 9 models), with a discounted first month advertised on the live page. Enterprise custom. Third-party reviews report a Growth tier at $545.
- Limit
- Credit pricing makes the monthly bill depend on how aggressively you track; add-on and extra-credit prices are not fully published.
8. Scrunch AI
Best for: enterprise teams that need governance, personas and integrations, now inside Sitecore.
- Measures
- Prompt-level tracking, competitive benchmarking, persona-based prompt sets, industry prompt libraries, page audits, and enterprise workflow integrations (BI, data warehouses, ticketing).
- Engines included
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, per current reviews; Google AI Mode and Copilot were not covered as of August 2026.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking, refreshed weekly rather than daily.
- Price
- Starter $300 a month, or $250 on annual billing (3 seats, 350 custom prompts, 1,000 industry prompts, 3 personas, 5 page audits). Growth $500, or $417 annual (5 seats, 700 custom prompts). Enterprise custom. 7-day trial.
- Limit
- Weekly refresh and the missing Google AI Mode coverage are the two gaps most cited. Scrunch was acquired by Sitecore in June 2026; buyers should confirm roadmap and pricing post-acquisition.
9. Goodie AI
Best for: e-commerce brands that need Amazon Rufus coverage and an optimization layer.
- Measures
- Visibility and citations across a wide model list, AI crawler and agent analytics, Google Analytics integration, agentic optimization recommendations, and an AEO content writer.
- Engines included
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot and Brave on core plans. Claude and Grok are Enterprise only. Amazon Rufus shopping visibility from the Team tier.
- Collection
- Prompt tracking with a response-volume model; Starter analyzes 15,000 responses and 250,000 citations a month.
- Price
- Starter $295 a month (200 prompts). Higher tiers on request.
- Limit
- No data export until the Team plan, no API until Enterprise, and three months of history on lower tiers, per a March 2026 comparison.
Goodie also publishes an annual AI search traffic report, one of the sources for the market figures in this article.
10. Free AI visibility checkers
Best for: a baseline before paying for anything.
Three free options give a one-time snapshot rather than a tracked series. LaCleo's AI Visibility Checker reports whether a domain appears in AI answers for its category and which sources the engines cite instead. Semrush publishes a free AI Search Visibility Checker with the same intent. Athena HQ's Essential tier is free with 300 credits across five models, which is enough to run a small prompt set once. None of the three tracks change over time, which is the whole point of the paid tools, but each answers the first question: is there a gap worth paying to measure?
What do AI visibility tools measure?
The ten tools above report the same metrics under different names. This section defines them, because tools count mentions and citations differently and the two respond to different work.
Four metrics appear in every tool: brand mentions, citations, share of voice and sentiment. Most add answer position and a breakdown of which domains the engines cite most.
- Mentions. The brand name appears in the answer text. A mention can occur without any link and without your site being retrieved at all; the engine may know the brand from training data or from a third-party page.
- Citations. A URL is attached to the answer as a source. Tools split these into owned citations (your domain) and earned citations (a third-party page that mentions you). Muck Rack's May 2026 analysis put earned media at 84% of AI citations, which is why the Reddit citation article matters as much as on-page work.
- Share of voice. Your mentions as a percentage of all brand mentions across the tracked prompt set, usually compared with named competitors. Some tools call this a visibility score, defined as the share of tracked prompts where you appear at all.
- Sentiment. Whether the mention is positive, neutral or negative. This is model-classified and worth reading as directional.
- Position. Where in a list or ranking the brand sits when the answer is a recommendation.
- Source analysis. Which domains and URLs the engines cite most often for your prompt set. This is the report that turns a metric into an outreach list.
How do AI visibility tools collect data?
There are three collection models, and each answers a different question. Most dedicated trackers use the first. Ahrefs and Semrush lead with the second. Profound, Otterly and Goodie add the third on higher tiers.
1. Prompt tracking
You define a set of prompts (or the tool suggests them), and the tool runs each one against each enabled engine on a schedule. The unit of pricing is usually the prompt count, sometimes multiplied by engines. Two sub-methods matter. UI collection uses a real browser session and captures the rendered answer, including citations and formatting; SE Visible states that it collects answers this way. API collection queries the model's API, which is cheaper but can return answers that differ from what a user sees, particularly on citation and source order. Several tools do not disclose which they use; ask.
2. Search-backed prompt indexes
Ahrefs Brand Radar and Semrush's toolkit maintain large prompt pools derived from search demand and pre-collected answers, so you can look up any brand retroactively with no setup. Ahrefs markets more than 400 million prompts across its indexes and Semrush cites 126 million in its 2026 index. The trade-off is cadence: Ahrefs' help documentation puts its AI chatbot indexes on a monthly refresh, with Google AI Overviews updated every few days. Custom prompt tracking is available on top, billed per check.
3. Referral and crawler analytics
The third model reads your own logs: which AI crawlers fetched which pages, and which sessions arrived from an AI platform. Profound's AI bot tracking requires integration with a CDN or hosting provider; Otterly's Agent Analytics and Goodie's crawler analytics are included from mid-tier plans. This is the only model that connects visibility to a session, and it is the one most teams skip.
How to choose an AI visibility tool
Decide on engines first, then collection model, then price. The order matters because the cheapest tool for your engine list is rarely the tool with the cheapest headline; the next section shows what that adds up to.
- List the engines your buyers use. ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are the floor: StatCounter's April 2026 data placed ChatGPT at 78% of AI chatbot referrals, and Similarweb measured AI Overviews on 43% of US Google queries by July 2026, up from 15% a year earlier. Add Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity next. Then check which tools include that list at the tier you can afford, not at Enterprise.
- Decide whether you need retroactive data. If the question is "how have we looked over the last twelve months across everything people ask", only the search-backed indexes from Ahrefs and Semrush answer it. If the question is "do we appear for these 100 prompts, checked daily", any prompt tracker does.
- Check the refresh cadence against how fast you plan to act. A team shipping changes weekly needs daily data. A team reporting quarterly can live with monthly indexes.
- Count the prompts you actually need. A single product in one market can be covered with 25 to 50 prompts. A category with several product lines and three countries needs hundreds, and that changes which tier and which tool.
- Ask what happens after the dashboard. If the answer is "we hand it to the content team", a reporting-only tool is fine. If nobody owns the fix, a tool with an audit layer, or a managed agentic SEO and GEO program, is the purchase that changes the number.
What the tools cost at 100 prompts, and the managed alternative
Entry tiers are priced to be quoted, not to be used. Otterly.AI's Lite plan tracks 15 prompts, Semrush's Base plan tracks 25, and Profound's Starter tracks one engine. A single product in one market needs roughly 100 prompts to cover the questions buyers ask across the funnel, so the fair comparison is the plan that includes at least 100 prompts, which is the "at 100 prompts" column in the comparison table above. Tools that meter by credits or checks (Athena HQ, Ahrefs) cover 100 prompts at a lower frequency than the daily trackers at the same price.
A team that wants daily multi-engine tracking, retroactive index data and a view of AI referral traffic is buying two or three of these, then staffing the work the dashboards create. The table below adds up the published figures for three common stacks. Tool prices are month-to-month list prices from the comparison table; staffing is not included because it varies, but for reference the in-house cost model for agentic social media shows how quickly the people cost passes the software cost.
Monthly software cost of three tracking stacks at 100 or more prompts vs a managed program, September 2026 list prices
| Stack | Components | Software cost / month | Who does the work after the dashboard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter stack | Otterly.AI Standard, 100 prompts ($189) + Gemini and AI Mode add-ons (about $59 each) + SE Visible Basic, 200 prompts ($99) | About $406 | Your content and SEO team |
| Mid-market stack | Peec AI Pro, 150 prompts ($245) + one extra engine ($70) + SE Visible Core, 450 prompts ($189) + Ahrefs Standard base ($249) + one Brand Radar index ($199) | About $952 | Your content and SEO team, plus whoever reconciles three dashboards |
| Enterprise stack | Profound Growth, 100 prompts ($399) + Ahrefs Advanced base ($449) + Brand Radar all indexes ($699) | About $1,547, before any Profound Enterprise upgrade | An analyst plus the content and SEO team |
| LaCleo agentic SEO + GEO | 100+ tracked prompts across the major LLMs; Ahrefs and Semrush keyword universes; LaCleo's own agentic probe collecting first-hand answer data; Reddit and subreddit citation tracking; full competitor comparison, gap analysis and a strategy to close each gap; on-page LLM optimization, deployable schema and blogs shipped as an implementation pack; a person reviews every deliverable | From $750, licenses included | LaCleo's agents and team; the client's developers copy and paste the pack, nothing to install |
Stack totals use list prices and the add-on figures given in each tool's section; annual discounts of 15% to 20% apply on most tools. LaCleo pricing starts at 100 tracked prompts and is scoped upward by prompt count, engines and markets; the tool licenses used inside the program are included. Details on the pricing page.
The difference is not the software. Every tool above will tell a team where it is missing from AI answers. The difference is whether the finding turns into a changed page, an earned citation and a re-check the following week. In a tool-only stack that work sits with the team that bought the tools, and the three dashboards are reconciled by hand. In LaCleo's program the tools feed one agentic layer that reads them together, agents do the audit, content and citation work, and a person reviews every deliverable before it ships. The output is not a dashboard to read but an implementation pack to deploy: page changes, schema and blogs the client's developers copy and paste, with nothing to install on their side. At $750 the software cost of a mid-market stack is already covered, and the work is included.
Visibility score vs referral traffic
A visibility score and AI referral traffic are two different measurements, and both are needed to judge whether the channel is working. The visibility score will always be the larger number. Conductor's 2026 benchmark put AI referrals at about 1.08% of total website traffic on average, growing roughly 1% month over month, with ChatGPT responsible for 87.4% of it. Similarweb measured citation presence in US ChatGPT prompts at 6.8% in May 2026, up from 1.6% a year earlier. Most answers still do not link out.
The referral volume is small; the value is not. Ahrefs found that AI search visitors were 0.5% of its traffic and 12.1% of its signups, a 23-fold conversion difference. Similarweb put the AI referral conversion rate at 11.4% against 5.3% for organic. Our mid-2026 review of search visibility covers the same pattern from the Google side, where 68% of searches now end without a click. A tracker tells you whether you are in the answer. Your analytics tell you whether anyone came. The tools in the third collection model above are the ones that join the two.
How we do it
The measurement layer is the first week of a LaCleo GEO engagement, and it uses the tools above rather than replacing them.
- Baseline. A free AI audit and a run of the free checkers establish whether the brand appears at all, and which competitors and third-party sources are cited instead.
- Prompt set. We build the tracked prompt set from the client's category, product lines and markets, sized to the plan tier that fits, and load it into a tracker chosen for the client's engine list. For most clients that is a daily prompt tracker with four or five engines; for enterprise clients already on Ahrefs or Semrush, the suite add-on is used alongside it.
- Audit. The 25-point GEO audit is run on the pages that should be cited, covering retrievability, extractability and the structural elements the engines favor.
- Citation work. Agents work the source-analysis report: the domains cited instead of the client become the outreach and community list, following the approach in agentic backlinking.
- Reporting. A monthly note on visibility score, owned and earned citations by engine, share of voice against named competitors, and AI referral sessions from the client's analytics, so the two numbers are read together.
Programs start at $750 a month with a minimum of 100 tracked prompts, scoped upward by prompt count, engines and markets. The tools are not the product; LaCleo's own agentic layer sits above them, reads the trackers, the Ahrefs and Semrush keyword data, the agentic probe and the analytics together, and directs the agents that do the content and citation work. Tool licenses are included, every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it ships, and the client keeps the tracking data if the engagement ends.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI visibility tool?
Software that runs a set of prompts against AI answer engines on a schedule, records whether a brand is mentioned or cited in the answers, and reports mentions, citations, share of voice and sentiment against competitors over time. It is the rank tracker for a channel that has no rankings.
How much do AI visibility tools cost in 2026?
Entry tiers track 15 to 25 prompts or a single engine, so headline prices are not comparable. At 100 tracked prompts a single tool costs $99 (SE Visible) to $399 (Profound Growth) a month, Ahrefs Brand Radar runs $527 to $828 with a base plan, and enterprise tiers from Profound, Athena HQ and Scrunch are priced on request, with third-party reports putting Profound's enterprise deployments at $2,000 to $5,000 or more. All figures verified September 2026.
Which AI engines should a tool cover?
ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews at minimum, given their usage. Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity next. Claude and Copilot are gated to add-ons or enterprise plans on most tools, so if your buyers use them, check that before comparing prices.
Is a visibility score the same as AI referral traffic?
No. A visibility score is the share of tracked prompts where a brand appears. Referral traffic is sessions that arrive from an AI platform, and it averaged about 1.08% of total traffic in 2026 because most answers do not include a clicked link. The score will always be larger. Both are needed to judge the channel.
Can I check AI visibility for free?
Yes. LaCleo's AI Visibility Checker and Semrush's free checker each return a one-time snapshot, and Athena HQ's free tier includes 300 credits. Free checkers establish a baseline; they do not track change over time.
Do AI visibility tools tell you how to improve?
Most report and stop. Otterly.AI adds page-level GEO audits and recommendations, Profound and Goodie add agent-driven optimization on higher tiers, and Semrush includes an AI-readiness site audit. Closing the gap is a separate job: the GEO audit and citation work covered elsewhere on this blog, or a managed program.
What does a managed alternative to buying the tools cost?
LaCleo's human-led agentic SEO and GEO program starts at $750 a month with 100+ tracked prompts and tool licenses included. It combines the trackers compared above with Ahrefs and Semrush keyword data and LaCleo's own agentic probe, tracks Reddit and subreddit citations, delivers a full competitor comparison and gap analysis, and ships on-page LLM optimization, schema and blogs as an implementation pack that developers copy and paste, with a person reviewing every deliverable. Comparable tool-only stacks at 100 prompts cost about $400 to $1,550 a month in software before staffing.
Do I need an AI visibility tool if I already use Google Search Console?
Search Console reports Google impressions and clicks, including queries that trigger AI Overviews and AI Mode, but it cannot see ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot. A tracker covers the engines Search Console cannot; Search Console covers the real Google behavior the trackers estimate. They are complementary.
Working with LaCleo
LaCleo runs agentic SEO and GEO as a human-led agentic managed service. The trackers compared above are inputs to it, not the product. A program includes the following, from $750 a month.
- 100+ prompts tracked across the major LLMs: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot as the client's buyer list requires, with the tool licenses included.
- The Ahrefs and Semrush keyword universes, so prompt sets and content plans are built from search demand data, not guesses.
- LaCleo's own agentic probe, which queries the engines directly and collects first-hand answer data alongside the third-party trackers, so findings are checked against two sources before anything is built.
- Reddit and subreddit citation tracking: which threads and communities the engines cite for the client's category, and which competitors are present in them.
- Full competitor comparison and gap analysis: where each named competitor is mentioned or cited and the client is not, what those sources have in common, and a strategy to close each gap.
- On-page LLM optimization: the page changes the audit calls for, written and structured for retrieval and citation.
- Deployable schema and blogs: JSON-LD written per page, and articles written to fill the gaps the analysis found, each reviewed by a person before delivery.
- An implementation pack, not a report. Every deliverable arrives ready to ship. There are no dashboards to interpret and nothing to install on the client's side; the client's developers copy and paste.
The client approves claims and pages. LaCleo's agents do the tracking, analysis and production, and LaCleo's team reviews every output before it is delivered. If you would rather size the purchase before talking to anyone, the comparison table above will tell you within a minute which tools include your engine list at 100 prompts and what that costs, which is the only question worth answering before any subscription starts.
