The Funnel page

The Funnel page shows every tracked question by buying stage, and how often your brand appears in the answers. The weakest questions are listed first, so the top of each column is where to start.

The Funnel board: awareness, consideration and decision columns

There is one column per stage: Awareness (learning about the problem), Consideration (shortlisting solutions) and Decision (choosing a vendor). Questions without a stage appear under Unclassified.

Each column header shows, for that stage’s questions only:

  • the stage’s visibility, with “mentioned in X of Y answers”;
  • Share of voice, Position and Sentiment.

Each question card shows:

  • its visibility, coloured by strength: missing (under 10%), weak, fair or strong (67% and more);
  • its topic;
  • how many answers mention you on each engine, for example 2/4 on ChatGPT;
  • a warning, Stage uncertain: check it on the Prompts page, when the AI was not sure of the stage.

Click a question card to read its answers.

Switch to Heatmap by engine to see every question against every engine in one grid. It shows at a glance whether a gap is everywhere, or only on one engine.

  1. Start with consideration. These are the “best X for Y” questions where buyers build their shortlist. A question at 0% here is a buyer who never hears your name.
  2. Open the weakest questions and read which companies and sources the engines name instead.
  3. Check decision. If buyers asking about you by name get a lukewarm or wrong answer, fix that first: it costs sales directly.
  4. Use awareness for content ideas. Educational questions rarely name brands, but the sources they cite are where your expertise should appear.
