  • Screenshots and files in support chats. When the LaCleo team switches it on for your chat, you can attach or paste screenshots, PDF, CSV and Excel files. See Get help in the app.
  • Help inside the app. A Help button on every page searches the help centre, shows the articles for the page you are on, and lets you chat with the LaCleo team when the articles do not answer your question. See Get help in the app.
  • New PDF report design. Reports now open with a cover page and your headline numbers, give each section its own page, and show recommendations and fixes as easy-to-read cards. See Export PDF and Excel reports.
  • Help centre. You are reading it.
  • Run now once a day per brand. Run now works once every 24 hours per brand, is blocked while a run is in progress, and the top bar shows the progress and the last run’s result. See Scouts, schedules and Run now.
  • Custom periods and comparisons. Pick last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days or any date range, and compare with the previous period, the same period last year or any dates you choose. See The Overview page.
  • Use LaCleo in Claude and ChatGPT. Connect LaCleo as an MCP connector and ask about your data from your own AI app. See AI apps.
  • Ask AI suggestions. The assistant now suggests questions to start with. See Ask AI.
  • CSV upload with a sample file. See Upload questions from a CSV file.
